New York - Def Jam records was founded in NYC by Rick Rubin and Russell Simmons, playing and important role in the development of Hip Hop and R&B. The collection is inspired by Run DMC, The Beastie Boys and LL Cool J and their mix of American collegiate styles, east coast tailoring, sportswear and mid blue denim.
